Stepping into this 21’6 Tomcat you are greeted with an east-west queen bed with a robe and overhead cupboards wrapping around the front of the caravan. The bedroom is fitted with Tv points on the side of the bedroom robe, a Sirocco fan above the bed for all night comfort.

Walking through to the centre of the caravan on the offside you have a full ensuite with separate large shower, toilet, cupboard room with a vanity and stylish sink. On the same side as the ensuite you will discover and a large two-door compressor fridge. Opposite you have your kitchen bench with a cooktop, grill, oven, microwave, rangehood and stylish black granite sink top with black tapware and full height pantry with adjustable shelves.

Stepping into the garage you have three, fold-up bunks with TV entertainment unit with 40” TV and fusion panel stereo.

Externally this caravan runs on coil suspension with a 6” chassis and extended A-frame to suit a wide range of toolboxes available.

Walking under the awning you will find a gas bayonet fitting for the easy fitting of a BBQ, a drop-down picnic table, and an external TV box to give you outdoor entertainment. The caravan is free camping ready with a 100L grey water tank, 2x95L water tanks, a PM300 battery charger to run the lithium battery and solar system. The off side of the caravan has an external shower with a light above. The toy hauler rear ramp is lined with marine carpet for easy maintenance and a good gripped surface for entering and exiting with the toys in hand.
